Quack N Mac

Quack ’N’ Mac founded in early 2019 is an Authentic Street Food Concept serving Duck Confit Burgers and Jazzed up Mac ’N' Cheese from a Market Stall set-up and soon our fully restored Citroen H Van. Tom is on a mission to stride out into the Street Food scene offering nutritious, and original, sustainably sourced produce in a creative and inventive way. Having so far partnered with a range of clients and events including HUman Race, Holkham Estate & Rixo, Quack ‘N’ Mac has been making its mark in the sector!

Based between London and Norfolk we are able to deliver delicious street food across London and the South East. Sourcing only the finest ingredients is a key part of what we do and we are driven not to only provide high-end street food but to have the knowledge on where our produce comes from with the confidence that we are delivering quality food at all times to our customers.

Our Duck is sourced from an award-winning London supplier - making Duck Confit in the traditional french way. We are also championing sustainable packaging and serve all of our produce in compostable cardboard along with minimising our plastic consumption by carefully selecting our suppliers.
